Elanora Influencer Program Conditions
1. Eligibility
The Elanora Influencer Program is intended for women aged 18 or above who have an active social media profile. Applicants must provide accurate and current information.
2. Application Review
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Elanora Secrets may accept or decline an application based on content quality, audience relevance, engagement, location, professionalism and brand alignment.
3. No Guaranteed Products or Payment
Applying to the program does not guarantee complimentary products, payment, commission or a long-term partnership. The collaboration type, product, payment, commission and deliverables will be agreed upon separately before each campaign begins.
4. No Application Fee
Elanora Secrets does not charge creators a fee to submit an application or join the influencer program.
5. Content Requirements
Selected influencers must follow the campaign brief provided by Elanora Secrets. Content must be:
- Original and created by the selected influencer
- Tasteful and suitable for Elanora's premium image
- Accurate about the product
- Free from offensive, misleading or inappropriate claims
- Published within the agreed timeline
Products must not be digitally altered in a way that misrepresents their design, colour or appearance.
6. Collaboration Disclosure
Influencers must clearly disclose gifted, paid or affiliate collaborations according to applicable platform rules and advertising requirements.
7. Content Usage
Elanora Secrets will discuss content usage with the influencer before using creator content in paid advertisements or other marketing materials. Permission for advertising, editing or extended commercial use will be agreed upon separately when required.
8. Confidentiality
Information about unreleased products, upcoming campaigns or private business arrangements must not be shared publicly without permission from Elanora Secrets.
9. Professional Conduct
Elanora Secrets may discontinue a collaboration if an influencer:
- Provides false information
- Fails to complete agreed deliverables
- Repeatedly misses deadlines
- Publishes inappropriate or misleading content
- Acts in a way that may damage the reputation of Elanora Secrets
10. Communication
Submitting the application gives Elanora Secrets permission to contact the applicant by phone or WhatsApp regarding present or future collaboration opportunities.
11. Personal Information
Information submitted through this form will be used to review the application and contact the applicant about potential collaborations. Personal information will be handled according to the Elanora Secrets Privacy Policy.
12. Agreement
By submitting the application, the applicant confirms that they have read and accepted these program conditions.
